In this intimate, interactive class, you’ll:
- Taste and learn about a variety of artisanal cured meats
- Discover the techniques, history, and flavor profiles that make great charcuterie
- Pick up insider tips and tricks straight from a professional salumist
- As part of the experience, you’ll collaborate to assemble a beautiful group charcuterie board, which we’ll enjoy together during the class—celebrating your work in a relaxed, communal setting.
- Any charcuterie that isn’t enjoyed during the class is yours to take home, so you can continue the experience later or share it with friends and family
