Maker’s Space Class – June 4th

Step into the world of artisanal cured meats with a 2.5-hour hands-on charcuterie workshop in our boutique salumi shop. Led by our head salumist, you’ll learn the secrets behind crafting beautiful boards, balancing flavors, and pairing meats with cheeses, breads, and condiments.

Duration: 2.5 hours  (6:00-8:30 pm)

In this intimate, interactive class, you’ll:

• Taste and learn about a variety of artisanal cured meats
• Discover the techniques, history, and flavor profiles that make great charcuterie
• Pick up insider tips and tricks straight from a professional salumist
• As part of the experience, you’ll collaborate to assemble a beautiful group charcuterie board, which we’ll enjoy together during the class—celebrating your work in a relaxed, communal setting.
• Any charcuterie that isn’t enjoyed during the class is yours to take home, so you can continue the experience later or share it with friends and family
